What we offer
Every engagement is project-based and scoped to your specific situation. We don't offer packages. We scope the work to what you actually need, price it accordingly, and deliver something that holds up after we leave.
Consulting services
We work across the full lifecycle of education system building -- from the first diagnostic conversation through to implementation, review, and ongoing development. Most engagements touch more than one of these areas.
Policy and Procedure Development
Policy manuals, operational frameworks, and governance documents built to reflect your context -- not adapted from a generic template. Written clearly, structured to be used, and designed to survive staff turnover.
Curriculum Design
From early learning frameworks to post-secondary course design, we build curriculum that is pedagogically grounded and practically usable. Rooted in emergent curriculum, play-based learning, and evidence-based approaches.
Onboarding and Staff Development Systems
Onboarding frameworks that actually bring people up to speed, and professional learning structures that keep them there. Built for scale -- we designed and ran a training institute across 15 cities. We know what holds.
Coaching and Leadership Development
One-on-one and group coaching for executives, directors, and academic leaders navigating complex institutional environments. Practical, direct, and grounded in real operational experience rather than theory.
Professional Development Days and Workshops
Facilitated PD sessions and workshops designed around what your team actually needs -- not a canned presentation. We design and deliver sessions on risky play, outdoor and land-based learning, emergent curriculum, team communication, and more.
AI Integration and System Policy
Helping education organisations understand, adopt, and govern AI tools responsibly -- including policy creation, staff orientation, and workflow integration. Practical guidance for teams who need to act now, not wait for a perfect framework.
ECE Environment Design
Consulting on the design and setup of early learning environments that support emergent curriculum, risky play, and child-led inquiry. Space as pedagogy -- how a room is arranged tells children what kind of learning is expected of them.
Organisational Review and Strategic Planning
When something isn't working -- staff retention is poor, quality is inconsistent, a program isn't landing -- we come in, find the root cause, and help you build a plan that addresses it. Diagnostic first, recommendations second.
A distinct area of practice
This work is not a service add-on. It is a distinct area of practice built on genuine relationships with Indigenous communities and organisations. We are not Indigenous. We bring systems expertise, policy experience, and a deep respect for community sovereignty -- working in support of Indigenous-led visions, not in place of them. This work is guided by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Calls to Action, and by a conviction that meaningful reconciliation in education requires more than acknowledgement -- it requires structural change. We work slowly, carefully, and only where we are genuinely welcomed.
Childcare Policy and Program Development
Supporting Indigenous-led organisations in building childcare policies and program frameworks that reflect community values, governance structures, and OCAP® principles -- not adapted from provincial templates.
ECE Training System Design
Designing training and professional development systems for Indigenous ECE practitioners that are culturally grounded, community-controlled, and built for the long term.
Curriculum with Indigenous Perspectives
Integrating Indigenous ways of knowing into early learning curriculum -- land-based learning, oral tradition, community knowledge holders, and place-based pedagogy.
E-Learning and Digital Resources
Building interactive digital learning tools and modules for Indigenous education organisations -- designed for the specific context, not repurposed from mainstream platforms.
Digital tools
Alongside consulting, we build interactive tools and digital resources for ECE practitioners and organisations. Some are free. Some are available to clients. All are designed for real use in real settings.
Risky Play Negotiation Tool
A web-based facilitation tool for ECE directors navigating team conversations about risk tolerance and outdoor play policy. Live data, QR code access, mobile-ready.
Serious Occurrence Response Module
An interactive e-learning module for staff on responding to serious occurrences in childcare settings. Built for FNELCC. Available to other organisations by arrangement.
ECE Voice Observation Tool
A voice-based app for ECE teachers -- speak your observations, receive AI-generated follow-up questions, and produce professional parent updates without sitting down at a screen.
How we work
Conversation
We start with a call -- no agenda, no pitch. Just an honest conversation about what you're working on and whether we're the right fit.
Scoping
If there's a fit, we scope the work carefully. What do you actually need? What does success look like? What's the timeline and budget? We agree on all of it before anything starts.
Delivery
We do the work. Embedded where possible, responsive throughout, and focused on producing something that will actually be used by the people it's built for.
Handover
Every engagement ends with a clean handover -- documentation, training, or whatever your team needs to run with what we've built without depending on us to maintain it.
All engagements are project-based and flat-fee. We scope the work, agree on the price, and deliver. No hourly billing, no scope creep surprises.
If you're not sure what you need yet, that's fine -- the first conversation is always free.
Tell us what you're working on. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help -- and if we can, what that might look like.
